GOLF CLUB ROYAL PARK I ROVERI, surrounded by centuries-old forest and overlooked by the Italian Alps, the Royal Park I Roveri golf club, member of the prestigious associations World of Leading Golf as well as IAGTO, is regarded as one of Europe’s premier inland venues, where good climate conditions allow golfer to play all year round. Founded by the Agnelli family – which still manages the venue – the golf club boasts two unique 72-par championship courses: Trent Jones Sr., a “Park Land” named after his architect and inaugurated in 1971, and Pramerica, a “Links” inaugurated in 2013, the first private course Michael Hurdzan and Dana Frey designed in Europe.

GOLF CLUB TORINO LA MANDRIA, golf club’s most important feature is its very location, in the heart of a park, one of the most important lowland forests of the Po river plain, once the Royal House of Savoy’s game reserve, where you will also find the famous Reggia di Venaria Reale palace. In the park, among the greens, you’ll find the most spectacular natural surroundings for golf in Italy. Torino golf club is entirely built around golf. There are neither roads nor buildings. The features that characterise our two golf courses guarantee two different ways of experiencing the game but what they share are the excellent conditions in which they are maintained, done in a manner that respects the local ecosystem.

The 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr.  in 1971 features bunkers, hazards and green preserving the charming natural landscape. Against a backdrop of stunning mountain scenery, the player confronts the first of many water ditches and small lakes, instrumental in making this a challenging but fair test of golf. The natural setting with crossing torrents and the possibility of close encounters with the protected wildlife of the park make the golf experience even more extraordinary.

The new 18 - hole Pramerica course is the first one designed by the American architects Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry in Europe. It represents a successful example of joining golf and nature into a unique landscape. The design intent was not to match the more mature Jones Sr. Course, but rather to complement it through a relatively flat open course where the constructed ponds and bunkering are used as principle hazards.
